    I got one with a wide side, but i cant remove the silicone. Omelette game changer. Such control. Much performance.

    Honestly, Oxo does make some pretty handy shit for home cooking.

    Glass scrapers also work great for cleaning surfaces, specifically that rubbery oil gunk. It’s just a handle for a razor blade. Walmart carries several kinds.
