Endless riffs. So good. Here’s how I did it today.

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil
  2. Added some cubed whole grain bread to toast
  3. Add white beans and roasted red peppers and let saute for 5 mins
  4. Add argula or other green (more than you think you need!)
  5. Garnish with lemon, radish and micro greens and sesame seeds

Lunch in 7 mins.

Change out the beans or greens or garnish depending on what your have. But the white beans + greens combo is hard to beat.

    This looks fabulous! I have never made cooked arugula before. This is the second recipe in a week. Is it a sign?
