½ can of chickpeas

~2oz chimichurri sauce (I used the Trader Joe's stuff)
Feta crumbles

    Chimichurri is awesome! Also a good way to use up leftover herbs. I make it often. And with all sorts of herbs. Mint, cilantro, carrot tops, arugula, parsley, all of them work! I am also lazy and blend instead of chopping.
