INGREDIENTS :

– 30 g salted capers (well rinsed and soaked)
-30 g fresh parsley (leaves only, roughly chopped)
-100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
-20 g olive oil
-100 g boiling water
-5 anchovy fillets (in oil)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Rinse the capers thoroughly in cold water,
then soak them in fresh water for 5–10 minutes. Drain well.

2. Add the capers, parsley, and anchovies to a blender or food processor.

3. Pour in the boiling water and blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
