

A mix of banchan over rice for a "use up what's in the fridge" bibimbap. Spicy mixed vegetables soy pickles, clam and seaweed muchim, pork belly suyuk, kimchi, and braised potatoes.
The soy pickle and braised potato recipes are from Nam Soon Ahn's Umma cookbook. The pork suyuk and clam and seaweed muchim are from the Korea cookbook from Junghyun Park and Jungyoon Choi.
The kimchi is a way too sweet vastly inferior kind I had to buy from the closest grocery store because I ran out of my regular stuff made by, according to the owner of the local store I buy it from, "my friend's grandma and her friends." But … even inferior kimchi is better than no kimchi, right?
