Hello new Yorkers, i need your brain & experiences for this post.

I am working on creating visual dashboards to expose how the NYC Restaurants cheat the Inspection Grading system, or have found loopholes in the grading system.

Fyi, its for a job application

So far i know 2 ways they play the game:

  1. Grades are clustered at A/B & B/C cutoff (see the image)
    i. Grade A scores are 0 – 13. You will see 92% grade drop for score 14
    ii. Grade B scores are 14 to 27. You will notice 42% grade drop for score 28

  2. Grade delays
    Idk how but restaurants somehow skip inspection delays for 2+ year. Usually inspections occur after few months.
