What is that machine called, I have the same grinder

Add more air into your milk and swirl your milk and espresso before your pour. Everything else looks ok.

Don’t you weigh your beans? Looks good though

  4. First, you need to learn how to steam milk. This video – [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTC3dJvwgUI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTC3dJvwgUI) – is really, really good. I was already able to reliably do art and still learned valuable stuff from the video.

I assume you are left-handed, correct? IMO, you need to improve its control. It’s difficult to put it into words, but it’s simultaneously too stiff and too loose. Practice makes perfect here.

    PS. Portugal, caralho?

I realize: do you not weigh your beans? Also I saw you level the espresso, is temping then not necessary? Or did I oversee something?

This is not criticism, i am just kind of new to this

Do you not tamp after leveling or that part was left out?

  7. This may sound harsh BUT does it really matter, To you?

Every says about Latte art etc but if coffee tastes good then I dont really mind.

To me its not that important.

The art looks good to me haha. I suck at it as well. I always blame the milk. Its never my fault.

Where did you get the table for your setup?

This video was awesome and it cracked me up for some reason. Thank you

Did you tamp, or your gravity leveler has some sort of mysterious tamping function ?

  12. iloovefood

It’ll come with practice. That said, kinda nice to see the fail with that setup and great location.

Awesome work! Do you mind me asking if you’re Iranian?

  14. Milk is too thin, just incorporate more air and you’ll be fine. Also, if I had enough for a Lelit Bianca, I would have a better grinder than the Opus [:cries:].

Nice set up but too much coffee. You should only have one bag at a time given the shelf life of coffee.

  16. Trihardest

No tamping? If you need to adjust the flow you adjust your grind. You also need to work on milk steaming. Wand should be top right quadrant to form a strong vortex

You need to make 300 lattes in a row- no other substitution!

You dont just drink it black buy good beans you dont want to waist in any milk/nutoil-watermix πŸ’© if its to shitty bitter dark roast low quality bean you can add sugar or vanilla icecream (Italien style) also this nomcore wedge does not replace tamping. I own it too and regret buying it. The nomcore tamper is awesome.

I owned the Opus before my Niche zero… not the best.
Make sure you weigh the output as sometimes there would be a couple of grams worth of retention left in the grinder.

I recommend tamping after using a leveller. If that makes it choke, grind coarser.

Add more air to the milk before spinning as it looks a bit thin.

    Good job otherwise

I like your art. We all don’t have to be Lance. It’s still fun and it’ll come in time. What matters is taste!!!

  21. Key_Calligrapher9018

The grinder to machine ratio is painful.

  22. You have a scale and you’re not using it to weigh the beans?
