Ingredients (All in grams)
Cookie Dough
– 46g Butter
– 61g Shortening
– 65g Granulated Sugar
– 72g Brown Sugar
– 4g Baking Soda
– 5g Cornstarch
– 3g Salt
– 220g All-Purpose Flour

Wet Ingredients
– 54g Eggs (about 1 large egg)
– 4g Vanilla Extract
– 5g Vegetable Oil

Suggested Toppings (Customizable)
– Mini M&Ms
– Mini Marshmallows & Marshmallow Fluff
– Chocolate Fudge
– Caramel Sauce
– Peanut Butter Chips
– Chocolate Chips

Directions
1. Cream the Fats & Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add Wet Ingredients
Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil. Blend until fully incorporated.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients
Add the cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
4. Add the Flour
Gradually add the flour while mixing until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
5. Shape for Nachos
Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a large, thin rectangle or circle (about ¼ inch thick). Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into triangle-shaped "chips."
6. Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the dough triangles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
7. Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F (190°C). Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookie chips cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Top It Off – Nacho Style!
Once cooled, arrange cookie chips on a platter like nachos. Drizzle with chocolate fudge, marshmallow fluff, or other desired toppings. Add candies, chips, sauces—whatever your sweet tooth desires.
9. (Optional) Broil for Gooeyness
Return the topped nachos to the oven and broil for 2–3 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately for warm, gooey goodness—or let cool slightly so toppings can set. Perfect for parties, birthdays, or just because.

  1. They were so enamored of the idea that they could that they never stopped to ask if they should.

As a British person, we have a whole aisle in the supermaket of “biscuits”. They’re sweet and sugary, very thin and crunchy, there are many subtley different flavours (vanilla/brown sugar/cocoa/lemon/raisin).

I think British biscuits could easily make fantastic dessert nachos with different sauces and toppings, unlike this soft, bland mess.

This is the most unnecessary recipe I’ve ever seen.
