Good afternoon. Today, my mom will be making a chocolate peanut butter pie. And to start this off, you’re going to get Oreos. You’re going to get 25 of them, and you’re going to put them in a processor, the whole thing. And you’re going to grind it real thin. After you grind down your Oreos, you’re going to get salted butter, and it’s going to be five tablespoons. And what you’re going to do is just put it in there and let it mix for a couple more seconds. After you get the butter mixed in real well, you’re going to put it into your pan. And basically, you’re just going to squish down all the way around the corners. Make sure it covers the whole pan. After you get your crust into your pan, this is what it’s supposed to look like. Uh you’re going to start your oven for 350. And you’re just going to cook this for about 6 to 7 minutes and then let it cool down. While the crust is cooking for 7 minutes, we’re going to start working on the filling. To make the filling, you’re going to need a 8 oz whipping cream. That you’re going to need one cream cheese and one cup 14 cup of powdered sugar, cup of peanut butter, smooth. You’re going to whip this until it’s nice and blended together. After you get done with your mix, it’s supposed to look nice and smooth like that. And your pie crust should be cooled down enough. And you’re just going to pour it in here. After you get your filling into your pie, you’re going to take a couple of Oreos and just crush them. And what you’re going to do is just sprinkle them on the top. And after you get done with this, you’re going to put it in the refrigerator for about uh 2 hours. You’re letting it just chill and then it’ll be ready to serve.
