Pro-tip: Dont lose power on the Weber Searwood or the fan will melt.
Bought a brand new Searwood 600 and ran it for about 10 minutes and lost power, tried to run it again and got a fan error and noticed it completely melted.

I’d want to call Weber and have a design problem conversation. That’s ridiculous. Sorry fellow pellet person.
Wait what? That’s crazy. I was really interested in these as a future option if mine becomes unrepairable but this is a red line for me

Thanks for letting me know not to buy a Weber.

Why did it lose power? Whole house outage?

Weber should abandon the pellet grill business.

Screams like a future mass recall. Thats an external fire hazard, scary.

Wow. That sucks I’ve heard mostly good stuff about the searwood.

That’s odd. I accidentally turned off my outlet last weekend while cooking. Turned it back on after a few minutes. Got error that it did not shutdown correctly. After 10 minutes I was able to start again. No issues Definitely contact Weber. Their support is top notch.
