Cooking for the first time in a while. Haven’t cooked a sirloin in a pan before and I was going for medium rare. The outside looks a little burnt to me but I’m really bad at judging temperature.

    Steak on a paper plate. Enjoyed with a fine bottle of safflower oil and a side stick of butter
