Chicken adobo time. We are attempting chicken adobo today. It’s been sitting in here I don’t know maybe 2 hours. I probably should have let it set more, but two hours will do this first. I think I’m using chicken thighs, which I would normally not use on a chicken breast pan, but my understanding is that for this recipe, you really need light dark meat. You ever see Emma? Really? The one thing that I did different that I haven’t seen in a recipe is I added onions. I’m going to add them and fry them up cuz I love the taste of onion. and we’ll see how it comes out.
