– 6 T Melted Butter – 3/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats – 1/2 Cup Flour – 1 tsp Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
Filling:
– 5-6 Apples Peeled & Sliced – 1/3 Cup Sugar – 1/2 T Cinnamon – 2 tsp Vanilla – 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar – 1/3 Cup Flour or 2 T Cornstarch
Instructions:
01. For the topping, mix together all dry ingredients. 02. Add melted butter and mix till combined.
For the filling:
01. Mix together the dry ingredients and add the apples, mix thoroughly to coat all the apples evenly. 02. Add your vanilla and apple cider vinegar and mix again. 03. Scoop into your pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the apples. 04. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes-check to see if the apples are fully cooked and if the streusel has crisped up a bit-It may need 10-15 more depending on the size of your pan and how thinly you sliced your apples.
