
For one person, the pancakes are made by blending 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. No flour required and they always have the most even colour! I dry-fry in a non-stick pan for around 2 minutes each side.
Toppings vary depending on what I have, which today is agave syrup, peanut butter, mixed seeds, blueberries and banana π
