Pecan Sticky Bun – from Bread Alone (Union Sq/Carroll Greenmarkets, bakeries upstate)

Do you also miss the sticky buns from Amy's Bread in 2014 before they switched to a raisin filled non-sticky version? This is a perfect throwback. The nuts are only lightly candied and the filling is significant. NO RAISINS.
