I mean a chicken Tikka sandwich sounds good but it’s a little disingenuous to call it a cheesesteak without any cheese or steak, right?

I would annihilate this. A place near me does something similar, but with a bread that’s like halfway between roti and naan. I mean realistically any time I order regular tikka I just make a sandwich with the roti or naan anyway lol.

I heartily approve of your meat to bread ratio!
