Mother in laws neighbor gave her a bunch of peppers he grew, and shes not big on spice, so they were given to me. Reapers, ghost, and scorpion. All dried. I need ideas on how to cook these or what to cook them with. I want to try and make a hot sauce but would love to find a dish I could prepare them with or a way to process them into something I can add to dishes.

if they are fully dried I would make flakes and powder
If you like sauces.

Mash em up and mix w salt, nice way to add spice to a meal
I like to grind my Chocolate Habanero into powder and use it as pepper on my food. Try grinding one or two in a blender and see if you like it
i just want to be absolutely sure that OP knows this is chilli peppers and not drugs — if you crush those up and snort it, you will very much wish you were born without a face
Very nice.

Pizza and pepper flakes were made for each other. It’s not a recipe, but it sure makes a slice of pizza sing way louder than grocery store pepper flakes or jalapenos as a topping. I have dried scorpion peppers that I use as pepper flakes whenever I have pizza. I took a bit of the intensity down by mixing half store bought pepper flakes and half home-made scorpion pepper flakes, putting them in the shaker bottle, and shaking them up until it was well mixed. They’re still very potent, but the scorpion pepper flakes by themselves were a bit over the top and the heat almost overwhelming. Half and half was just right.
Keep some seeds to plant later
They look like they were dried green… Flavor wouldn’t be ideal.
