Say STOP when you think it is enough Parmesan cheese | Homemade black truffle risotto
For dinner, I made black truffle risotto with Cantonese dried seafood (dried squid and scallops), dashi stock, and pieces of chicken breast and zucchini. On top, I sprinkled a little bit of Parmesan cheese.
