okay so episode two shf the party box this is the Turning of a glow B choke something we do a lot of a trinity take off the stem peel off some of these outside leaves all right once we get to about there turning over there’s a ridge there and we’re going to cut straight through that Ridge I use a serrated knife now and I just take the bottom off you got to be careful here cuz this is the heart like to do the first part with a serrated knife around right once we get to that bit we can start the Turning process so nice turning knife it’s got that sort of curve shape to it nice and sharp hold the thumb on the ice choke I’m holding the blade of the knife and hence the name turning I’m now just turning the ice choke and turning the knife at the same time and the two are hopefully at the same depth gauge and you’re basically trying to take away all that green that’s super bitter beautiful once we got to that point like that nice and smooth even all the way around then we just take a lemon and just rub a lemon on it really well cuz it will start to deteriorate in color
