Lightly toasted French wheat bread with a very light smear of salted butter, medium poached egg in water and olive oil, feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, salt, pepper and oregano.

I have been very conscious of what I’m eating each day and each meal.

Fresh, home made, healthy, lots of veggies and tasty.

Eating 2 meals and 2 snacks per day.

Treat myself once a week to a classic burger with Swiss and fries from The Cheesecake Factory.

I have lost 21.5 pounds in about 3 months and 36.7 pounds since August of last year. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride.

Every day is not a good day but overall if I am watchful I know I can do this.
