Look great. Drumsticks can be tricky to get up to temp without burning the outside…….takes good control of the heat zones… nice work…

There are few better grilled cuts of meat than a good drumstick. I started making these a few months ago and it’s become a go-to. Super cheap too.

Looks great and heat can be the enemy for sure. Funny thing with legs is that if you bring them over 185 you actually get significantly more tissue breakdown and they become super tender. Probably not the case for long cooks, but for anything hot and fast it works wonders.
