Looking to be critiqued on this loaf I made today. My family enjoyed the whole thing today so I figured it would be good enough to share.
The recipe I used was 100g starter, 350g water, 500g bread flour, 10g salt
I mixed everything into a shaggy dough and let it rest for 1 hour after the 1 hour rest I did 4 sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes after that I let it rest for 3-4 hours and then shaped the dough and rested it for 30 minutes and did another shape and put it in the basket and placed it in the fridge for the night and baked it at 450f in a pre heated dutch oven for 30 covered and 15 uncovered
