Bought this one month ago from Italy and I just noticed these white spots? They were not there when I bought it. It was kind of chilled during the check in flight back but I left it in the open. Not sure if it can still be eaten as I saw online this white spots are mould but normal for spock?

Don’t eat it
Cut out the outer layers to remove the mold and enjoy it. Store it in the fridge without wrapping in plastic. Also if it makes you feel better, check the “best by date”.
Definitely eat it
These look like tyrosine crystals which are common in cured dry foods. I’ve seen them (and eaten them) in both meats and mature cheese. Open the packing, if it doesn’t smell bad, and there is no way you would not recognize rotten meat just by smell, it is safe to eat.
