Hello and welcome! 3 eggplants. From which country are you watching my channel? Salt and let drain the eggplants for 10-15 minutes. 2 tbsp of cornstarch. Salt, pepper. Cover and let soften the eggplants for 5 minutes. Continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes. Parsley. Olive oil. 1 clove of garlic. 1 tbsp of tomato concentrate + a little water. Salt, pepper, chili pepper. Allow the sauce to retreat over high heat for few minutes. Parsley. Parmesan (optional). Perfect!

    Ben bu yemege benzer yapıyorum. Fakat ocakta degil fırında hafif zeytin yagı döküp pişiriyorum. Cünkü tavada sekli kötü gözüküyor. Daha sonra içine fesleğen, limon kekiği koyup sosunu hafif pişiriyorum. Tekrar fırına. Yanına sarımsaklı ve içinde kuru naneli bir yoğurt ile servis yapın 😊
