I can’t believe just how easy and simple it is to make shrimp fried rice for your whole family. And it only takes 30 minutes. That’s so good. Slather up some shrimp with oil, my cowboy butter rub, chili oil, and honey, and mix that up. And then add onto a cast iron skillet to cook for a couple of minutes until they’re perfect. Then whip up some eggs and cook them until they’re nice and fluffy. Next, toast up some garlic, ginger, and scallions, topping with some day old rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Add in frozen peas and carrots. Top with eggs, the shrimp, some chili oil, and chopped scallions with sesame seeds.
