Proud of my sourdough journey

I’ve been baking since last December and I’ve really been trying to perfect my method. I’m so pleased with how my loaves have been coming out! I’ve created my own recipe of sorts that’s been my go to, which I will include. But just here to share and encourage if you’re struggling with it, not to give up! It’s been very fun rewarding hobby 🥰
