Is anyone else making a ton of hobak jeon this summer? Decided to pair the jeon with some bulgogi-style ground beef, which allowed me to clean out the freezer. The jeon stole the show, though!

  2. Oh how interesting-my Italian grandma would make almost the exact same thing with zucchini. Except she would slice it the long way. So delicious!
