Fof Your Own HERB SALT you will need :

herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary,…)
high quality salt

Instructions:

Place fresh herbs in a food dehydrator or an oven at 100°F (38°C) for several hours, checking occasionally.
Once completely dry, remove and let cool.
Crush the dried herbs until finely crumbled.
Combine the salt and crumbled herbs in a bowl, mixing well.
Transfer to an airtight container and label with the date and herbs used.
Use to season meats, vegetables, soups, and salads. Enjoy!
