📝 Ingredients:
For the Bean Sauce:
• Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
• Fresh garlic — 2 cloves, chopped
• Chopped tomatoes — 1 can (14 oz)
• Black beans — 2 cans (19 oz each), drained
• Fresh basil — ½ cup, chopped
• Sea salt — 1 tsp.
• Water — 3 oz.

For the Broccoli:
• Fresh broccoli — 2 bunches
• Water — 3½ litres
• Sea salt — 2 tbsp.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. In a pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
2. Stir in chopped tomatoes, basil, and sea salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the beans and cook for 1 more minute. (Optional: add chili for a little heat!)
4. Meanwhile, boil broccoli in salted water until just tender—don’t overcook!
5. Drain and plate the broccoli. Spoon the warm tomato-bean mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!
