Shredded Chicken, My favorite BBQ sauce (Carolina Gold), Melted Cheddar, Coleslaw, and Bread and Butter Pickles!

- Combine bbq sauce and shredded chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken)
- Add chicken/sauce mixture to one side of Hawaiian rolls. Add some cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and also on the inside of the other side of the rolls.
- Bake at 325F until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and layer on coleslaw and pickles. Enjoy!
Note: I make a tangy coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage cole slaw mix with vinaigrette. I used my favorite mango vinaigrette from Trader Joe’s but you can use any that you like.
