I LOVE this. I don’t know why, but it reminds me of something that would be in a Studio Ghibli movie. What are the flavors?!

This is so creative! How did you make the egg part? And what’s the green base made of?

That looks both wild and delicious. Was it based off Spiegeleierkuchen, or does it just happen to look similar?

I feel like Kris from Deltarure would love this. They’d probably even make it with Real Moss. Looks amazing! 🤣

They remind me of apricot danishes. I haven’t had one in years

I love the inclusion of the browned cake surfaces in the final product, looks much better than solid green would I think. It always makes me a little sad to see the top and bottom get trimmed off of cakes for aesthetics because its best tasting part.

This looks like the kind of thing people go to Michelin Star restaurants just to try, amazing

    Very cool!

My local french bakery makes an apricot tart and I always thought they looked like eggs , but yours takes it to a whole other level

It’s visually striking and very well done, but fried egg on moss? Is this a reference to something? In the US frying an egg on the sidewalk is something I’ve seen, but not on moss.
