Don’t give up! Boards come in all levels and they don’t always need that much variety! When I want an easy board I use items I don’t have to slice (like a log of goat cheese, a whole Brie, or a wedge of port salut. Sometimes even cracker-cut cheddar from TJ’s).

Aww dont give it up. This looks great! Im lucky enough to have an Aldi and Trader Joe’s nearby. The pricing is so much better.

This looks amazing!!! I know from experience that the ingredients/components can get expensive. But, you really don’t have to spend a lot of money if things are presented well. Wheat Thins, deli lunch meats, and slices off a block of cheddar can be jazzed up and paired with some fun extras and still look great!

  4. I did a board this weekend because things were on sale. I also add some pantry things I have on hand. I add caponata and some Italian bread I had frozen. I keep olives in the house and crackers too. Fresh water mozzarella was on sale and salami too. Board was great!

I did a really nice board for a friend’s birthday using only items from Aldi. It was really great, and definitely not as expensive as shopping elsewhere.
