Me too. Our local Korean does well priced bowls $10.

With all the colourful carrots, greens and corn, with fried tofu, kimchi, and gochujang that you mix together and it’s delicious.

They offer a creamy sesame sauce too that takes it to another level.

I can make it at home myself now, but I still support their business a few times a month.

So many ways to make it, especially with leftover banchan, my comfort food

I mean that egg is going to get mixed into everything so it doesn’t matter much 🤷‍♂️

But a runny yolk does add some “richness” to the bibimbap!

Its awsome, i just keep Everything i have other in a Week and Sunday i mix it and i‘m happy

  5. Looks great, if I may offer a couple things –

Kimchi generally doesn’t go in BBB, it should stay out so you can have it as a side.

A big bowl really helps a lot.

And pour some sesame oil over the whole thing!
