I’m not good at baking. I have been intimidated to make bread, but have always wanted to try. Today, I made Ambitious Kitchen’s No-knead Honey Oat Artisan Loaf. I am so proud of myself! It tastes delicious and now I want to try to make other types of bread too. 😊

How nice is it to make bread with your own hands?! I’ve got no natural baking talent either but it’s one of the very few hobbies I’ve stuck with just because it’s so fun and fulfilling. I love bread so much and I love the feeling of dough! And developing an intuition over years despite my lack of inherent ability has been a joy.
