Had the most incredible bowl of ramen, flavoured with spicy fried garlic oil. And yes, the oil tastes as good as it sounds.
It’s from a place called Vegan Bistro Jangara. The vibe and personality was 10/10.
The pan dried gyozas were amazing too.

Jangara is great! Definitely try Jikasei Mensho (Shibuya Parco B1F), also amazing.

Omg this place is amazing!! I had that ramen too and loved it.
