Looks like a Dennys essentially. His movements are good but come on, there’s no plating required. Just slop the food on the plate move on to the next one

Iv been out the industry for about 10yrs now but I do watch alot of these POV guys on YouTube for some nostalgia. I like the foodfire POV ones

So I’ve been following this sub for a while because I believe I want to be a cook but then I see a POV like this and I kind of doubt myself on keeping up with the flow. He did more than a ticket of food In under a minute. Will being a line prep help me get used to the speed of things or do I need to be a naturally fast person for this?

Used to do it every day when I worked at the Barrel of Crackers! On weekends, we had two cooks whose only job was egg grill. Easily slung thousands of eggs on Saturday and Sunday. I do not miss that place!
