Nice moves out there! I appreciate the cleanliness and not wasting any movement as you cook to order.

  2. hughbiffingmock

Goddamn that was magnificent. And dig how clean his work area is.

  3. TheProofsinthePastis

Super clean, good movement. I don’t think those Hash Browns are done….

  4. The oddly satisfying part is clearing the tickets and realizing you just rocked like 6 or 7 tickets at the same time. That’s a feeling you can’t really explain to people

I dont like doing eggs on a flat top, but credit where credit is due, that was impressive

  6. Appropriate_Owl_2172

If you can’t handle eggs go back to the dish pit

  7. RobbyFlanks

How is the flat top still so shiny? I’ve never seen one produce such a good cook without being seasoned

  8. acrankychef

Impressive volume and efficiency but gotta be honest, those are some messy eggs.

  9. SSFlyingKiwi

Toast was a bit burnt imo but good execution for sure

Looks like a Dennys essentially. His movements are good but come on, there’s no plating required. Just slop the food on the plate move on to the next one

  11. Had the camera not shown the pass I would have assumed this was filmed at a waffle house. From both the egg handling and how pristine the plancha is

  12. Dementalese

What I really like is the way he clears the flattop after every action.

Well done. I didn’t see any bacon though. Thinks that sitting in a pan under the heat lamps. Been a loooong time since I’ve done short order. Like 40 years.

Iv been out the industry for about 10yrs now but I do watch alot of these POV guys on YouTube for some nostalgia. I like the foodfire POV ones

  15. DarthDoobz

So I’ve been following this sub for a while because I believe I want to be a cook but then I see a POV like this and I kind of doubt myself on keeping up with the flow. He did more than a ticket of food In under a minute. Will being a line prep help me get used to the speed of things or do I need to be a naturally fast person for this?

Good moves. I’m fully wet by watching this

  17. PossibleJazzlike2804

I’m disappointed in this dudes cooking style.

  18. ryanosaurusrex1

Great efficiency, impeccably clean flat top. I would definitely eat there.

  19. Frogfriend99

The flat top is the real hero. It can make almost anyone look good

  20. MaxBellTHEChef

I feel like he’s kind of slow, maybe just for the sake of the video? I have to move much faster than this in my breakfast spot.

  21. FiftySpoons

That flattop is looking immaculate 😮
    Need me one of them

  22. King_P_13

Gloves are a no no, just wash your hands meticulously

  23. Lopsided_Pain4744

I don’t get what dish this is? Eggs with eggs?

  24. Used to do it every day when I worked at the Barrel of Crackers! On weekends, we had two cooks whose only job was egg grill. Easily slung thousands of eggs on Saturday and Sunday. I do not miss that place!

  25. murrdaturtle

How is that flat top so clean , its pristine

  26. mtkoth1983

I use tu use a pit lid to cover the eggs to avoid flipping em and risk to break em 🤣😂

  27. rudiemcnielson

How the hell do yall cook on a cold flat top?

  28. rudiemcnielson

Have yall ever seen someone actually kill it before?

  29. JustAnEmployeeHere

Yeah- which one of you beasts didn’t season your eggs?

  30. Nilk-Noff

Videos like this make me wish I wasn’t lactose intolerant. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still eat it, but I won’t be happy in the bathroom later.
