This will be the easiest chicken pot pie you’ll ever make. It is as simple as throwing together pre-made ingredients, baking in the oven and serving.

Shopping List:
1 9″ pre-made frozen pie crust
1 8 ounce tube Crescent Rolls
1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 15 ounce can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained of all packing water.
12.5 ounce can chunk chicken breast (drained of packing juices)
Salt and pepper to taste
Melted butter

Directions:
TIPS FOR PREVENTING A SOGGY BOTTOM CRUST WITH ONE OF THESE METHODS:
1. BRUSH AN EGG WASH (EGG AND WATER)
2. PAR-BAKE THE BOTTOM CRUST 7-8 MINUTES
3.BAKE ON A LONGER RACK

Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Follow the pie crust thawing instructions on the package prior to adding the filling.
Fill your pie crust with the can of soup and spread evenly.
Add the can of mixed vegetables and mix to combine.
Add the chicken, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Top evenly with the Crescent dough.
Brush melted butter across the entire top.
Cover in foil.
Place in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes then remove the foil and cook uncovered for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

Then take some can of mixed vegetables. Put that in the pie. Season with salt and black pepper. Then take a can of chunk chicken breast. Put that in the crust. Give it a good mix until it’s well incorporated. Then take some crescent rolls, place them over the top for your top crust. Then take some melted butter, brush that on the top for added flavor and browning. Cover in foil and place in a preheated 350ยฐree oven for 20 minutes covered.
