Usually this doesn’t but this time it’s come out with air bubbles despite tapping a good amount. I suspect it might be an issue with the mixing maybe not being enough. It might also be that I didn’t let it sit out long enough, although they did get two hours but still didn’t develop that shiny skin. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    I’m not a macaron expert but I’ve made a good amount. The consistency looks off. You might need to share the recipe you used so people can guide you in the right direction.
