Is this recipe worth the extra calories and price?

Some of the recipes are worth the up-charge in my opinion.
With that said, this one is just shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and seasonings. These things could be easily bought for much cheaper at the grocery store but that’s only a call you can make for yourself.

Someone pasted about it not too long ago and said it was really good.
But I agree with the sentiment to try and recreate it with grocery store items. Cheaper cost per meal and you get leftovers.

Not for that price

For a $40 upcharge on top of the base price, I’d sooner just head over to my local Louisiana-style restaurant and have them boil it for me tbh
Edit: or maybe it’s a $10 upcharge per serving for a total upcharge of $20 for the whole meal?
