This week I will eat :

Galette complète (buckwheat crepe + emmental + egg + ham)
Typical meal from Brittany (France) with some carrots

I have 6 portions

Pasta with beef tomato sauce
Onion / carrot / celery
Beef
Tomato purée
Tomato paste
Tomato pulp
Herbs
Salt

I have 6 portions and 600 grams of sauce leftover for my tiny freezer for another time.

I’ll eat galette for lunch and pasta for dinner I think.

Friday and Saturday I have family meeting and will not eat at home (wasn’t planned before today)

I’m set for the week.

I also have what I need to make some leek tart and Dahl with eggplant and coral lentil I’ll do that on Sunday and I will not need to go to groceries for at least 3 more days. That’s great.

Collation are whole grain bread toasted with some butter and honey or some peanut butter

I also have some apricot and applesauce

  1. Right now I get my groceries delivered to me once a week for 60€ in total (delivery included, include also soap and other hygienic products and other stuff) because I can’t walk. Next month I’ll try to do this fortnightly to reduce the cost of groceries since money is getting tight because i can’t work right now with my leg.

    I’ll have to plan a lot more than before ! Well, that’s a challenge l’m ready to take.
