Lavash bread sandwiches are so low in calorie and delicious and I’ve been making this giant Greek yogurt chocolate sundae for dessert. By the end of the day I’m stuffed!

I’ve never thought of adding chocolate sauce to yogurt for dessert…will be trying this immediately

Looks like chocolate mousse! Does it taste at all similar?

Have you tried the boars head brownie batter hummus? It is 80 calories for 2 tablespoons! I nix that with my 120 cal high protein/no fat Greek yogurt for 200 calories! It is delicious! Highly recommend.

  4. An absolute travesty to show pics of that chocolate dessert and NOT give us a recipe.

  5. Fudge recipe is – Mix one big tablespoonful of cacao powder, maple syrup or sugar free syrup, 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a little water until smooth and fudgey consistency. Some kind of nut butter is essential to create the fudgy texture, it thickens it a bit.Add yogurt of choice on top. It’s phenomenal!

I keep buying lavash because of the macros but it’s just so dry and meh!
    How can I improved it?

This looks so yum!!! I’ve been meaning to experiment with some tofu based chocolate Sundae just to sneak in some extra protein (I can’t do dairy) and you are reminding me I’m slacking…
