🔪 Ingredients You’ll Need:
1 cup red lentils (200g) – soaked 30 mins
150g onion
300g potato
70g carrot
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
5g ginger
Fresh cilantro & parsley
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp salt + ½ tsp for sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
Black pepper to taste
🧄 Tahini Orange Sauce:
1 cup tahini (250ml)
1 cup fresh orange juice (250ml)
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
4–5 tbsp cold water (add more as needed)

Red Lentils
1 cup / 200g Soak for 30 minutes Onion
150g Potato
300g Carrot
70g Olive Oil
2-3 tbsp Fry over low heat for 6-10 minutes
until soft Garlic
2 cloves Ginger
5g Cilantro Parsley Cumin powder
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Black pepper Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes Tahini
1 cup / 250ml Fresh orange juice
1 cup / 250ml White wine vinegar
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Salt
½ tsp Whisk until emulsion Cold water
4-5 tbsp Keep whisking and add more water
if needed Refrigerate for smoother emulsion Fry both sides over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown
