Cayenne and vinegar, a tale as old as time.
CLR1971
Think of it as an adult ketchup. Great on just about everything. Valentina Black is my jam but respect the choice.

It’s my OG. First hot sauce I ever had. I’ll always have it as a go-to even though I’ve moved on to much spicier and different flavors.

I don’t know why they ever got rid of the pour control nozzle thing. There’s no control!
LEGBur
Really good on rice and wings!

In New Orleans, every restaurant and bars have Tabasco and Crystal. Rarely this stuff. Made in Texas?
Rare_Polnareff
Its pretty good (basic) but god damn it pours out like a fire hose lol
RogueMortal111
That one’s good just not enough heat.

I prefer Crystal as a table sauce, but for some reason can’t seem to get it out here in CO. Louisiana has been a decent substitute.

It’s wonderful in its simplicity.
Devo_Ted
I put this on my eggs almost every morning. It’s a solid daily sauce. Plus it’s cheap, which makes it even easier to use daily. I like the hotter, fancier ones for more special meals.

My go to

As a kid I used to pour a bunch of Louisiana hot sauce in a bag of Doritos. Give it a good shake and you’re good to go. It’s been a while, might need to grab a bottle! Also great on eggs.
diablero_T
I like it on pretty much everything. It’s great for sandwiches.

My go to for buffalo sauce: 1 part Louisiana, 1 part butter
Son_of_Sardu
Try it on popcorn, seriously, try it. Fantastic.
TheGreatLiberalGod
This is seriously hot sauce 101….good stuff really but if you have not had it, there’s a universe awaiting you.
Chaotic424242
This is my go-to ‘staple’ hot sauce.

Louisiana is good….crystal is better…
KickerofTale
It’s good but too salty for my taste.

That’s some fine hot sauce
icebreaker90
The best on brisket, friend chicken, pulled pork, and just about everything else
Dp37405aa
Try it on cantaloupe or watermelon.

It was the only hot sauce my father ever used, provided that he had a say in the matter, of course. He lived his entire life in one part of Mississippi or another, and he judged a restaurant by whether or not they had Louisiana Hot Sauce on the table.
Violently_Moist
I love this stuff! It’s my default for most everything

My go to!
Chubbd-ong
This is the best daily driver hot sauce ever. Period.
They_Call_Me_D2
I want the garlic lovers flavor in this size bottle.
theblackirish33
Sounds weird but it’s good on pasta. 🍝
Keihin
Great choice for an everyday first pick hot sauce. Very similar to Crystal. All you need now is a fried oyster po-boy.
Warm-Accident7231
That’s the official hot sauce of the Atlanta Braves right there! It’s good on pizza, wings, eggs, pasta, vegetables, and popcorn
kieranichiban
Great sauce. Not spicy but very good
Acrobatic-Bed-7382
Your first time and you bought a bottle that big? If you love vinegar with a hint of spice/flavor, then this is for you. I highly suggest nearly any other hot sauce though, if you like pepper flavor and spiciness that is.
Federal-Cockroach674
Its a great all around sauce with a mild heat. They make a garlic one and if you like garlic get it, its really good.

It’s my favorite of the “generic table sauces”.
