Today I received my replacement dome and metal bands fro warranty. Happy to be back in business. FYI, reported the case on June 28th, reply from KJ on 7th of July, 9 days, shipment arrived on 22nd of July, 24 days after my report. Shipment was from UK to Netherlands.

Thanks for the report. We could sort of say that KJ warranty issues are resolved in Europe in 20-30 days?
