My spouse and I were craving a proper vegan cooking show so we decided to make our own! We got Chicago chef Kevin Schuder of Fancy Plants Kitchen to host, and actor Jose Cervantes ('Angel' from "The Bear") as our first guest. And we filmed in the original "The Bear" kitchen!

    Looks tasty! I’m trying to figure out how to eat it though. It look too big to fit into your mouth, but it also looks like it would be hard to cut into the tortilla on the bottom
