Apparently I can’t be allowed into CostPlus World Market…
…without adult supervision.

I have a problem with World Market too. It’s a licorice-based problem.

Fishwife smoked rainbow trout might be my all time favorite tin.

Yeah we just spent $70 there the other day on fish and candy lol. Dangerous place.

Nice haul! I love those Porthos sardines. One of my fave cost effective tins.

I love World Market. We have one in Santa Cruz, and they have the best selection of deens in the area. I am a coffee snob, but I also buy the 2 lb bags of their Italian Roast Coffee beans. Surprisingly good. The only thing odd is that my wife buys a candle every time we go in. We got burning candles all over the place. Its kind of a deal, I guess: I can buy my deens, she can buy/burn candles.

They also sell little single serve bottles of assorted hot sauces — so I just make a game of it and grab a tin, a sauce, and a sleeve of crackers.

For anyone shopping at World Market lately, make sure you look around the whole store and not just the spot where they normally stock their tinned fish. I was in my local store last week and discovered they had a whole separate tapas-themed temporary display in another part of the grocery area that included a bunch of tins that they don’t normally stock.

I have to drive 30min (without traffic) to get to a world market, so I dont go as often as I would like. But whenever I do go, I buy every jar of Baltic Gold they have in stock.

Something tells me the cost was plus. Thems some fine tins.

You’re allowed in because you need to go back for the Tim tams.
