I thought it was some kind of bug at first
try this one also:
4 apricots
3 small tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 glass of wine
2 fine chopped courgettes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 slice of celery
3 celery leaves
1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Put oil in a pan, fry the small onion, finely chopped till brown, add apricots, tomatoes, garlic, a glass of dry red wine, fine chopped courgettes, the slice of celery finely chhopped, the celery leaves – and let them cook for u/10 minutes, till the water is down. Put the sauce in a blender alongside with a spoon of grated horseradish, salt and pepper, blend everything for 2 minutes, till smooth…
