    Had to quit saucing too. My “rock bottom” was similar. Just me, drinking an entire bottle of wine, while cooking alone in my kitchen with a movie on in the background, every night of the week. It wasn’t a horrible life, but expensive both physically and fiscally and my mood was shit.
