what’s up soul squad what’s your soul squad we are back you saw the thumbnail um with [ __ ] salad it’s summer time i always summer time it’s not summer time to June the 20th we’re still spring but the weather is doing what it’s doing father’s Day Junth all that stuff is coming up and you want a good side for those cookout meals i got some seafood salad for you guys come on over let me tell you what you need well I got my seasoning for my water my water is on so let me go ahead and put some seasoning there cuz when you bite into a noodle you ain’t going to say my noodle was plain jane okay let me stir this up and I’mma turn it up cuz I want my noodles to really I want my water to be raging boiling for that cuz I’m using one thing of noodles and that’s a 16 oz um macaroni noodle now you use any type of ratoni noodles all them different color noodles and all those type of noodles and I got my eggs already cooked and boiled right there so I’m going in with some imitation crab meat some peeled that vein tail on raw um what you think it’s called shrimps but I’m going to cook them some celery red pepper ah they gave me claw meat you know what you could use the claw meat which is not bad you know it’s still real crab meat but I wanted the lump i ordered lumps i like that big white oh all that goodness but you know what them damn um what’s it called them Walmart shoppers you know using the Insta they going to do what they want to do each time okay and honey this was $30 and this is only How many ounces is this i don’t even see the ounces this was $30 sweet onion mustard relish mayonnaise and a little bit of sugar let’s go we going to let this boil when we come back we going to pull the noodles in and we going to chop up our veggies i’m getting my onion ready y’all of course you know y’all know I’m not using this now this is a sweet onion cuz it’s not as strong i’mma cut off what I’m be using again your kitchen your way my kitchen my way and reason I use the red bell pepper instead of the green cuz I already got the green celery you know what I’m saying and this is all the onion I’m using i don’t want it to be like overpowering but it is a sweet onion it’s kind of like mild but yet it’s still onions you know you don’t want them to be overpowering but you want that flavor again y’all know I don’t like onions but I like to build flavor combinations now whatever peppers you use is up to you but the red pepper cuz it’s summer time springtime you want to build not just flavor you also want to build color build color in your salad and out of all the peppers I just learned maybe a week ago this is the pepper that’s more healthier the red pepper is more healthier for you i was like “Wow I didn’t know that.” Yeah but the red pepper is more healthier for you out of all the peppers out the green orange and yellow this is the one that do what it’s supposed to do the most for your body now you comment below ask me i don’t know look it up i’m telling you so look up and say “Is the red pepper more red pepper more healthy for you?” and to give you the health benefits but that’s what I learned last week it’s just that unfortunately I can’t remember what they said about it being healthy for you but I do remember it saying it’s the most healthiest one cuz I can’t remember stuff from two days of Sunday and that’s and that’s just that’s just some real stuff i’m getting these onions as chopped up as fine as I can that’s why I said this is a sweet onion it’s very large those three little rings is doing what I needed to do it’s putting in the amount of onions that I need in there to go ahead give it that flavor but yet don’t be overpowering and yet going to be like “Damn who put all the onions in the seafood salad?” We ain’t doing that not today now I should have pulled out my thing and I could actually made it as fine as want to but you know we ain’t got time had the challenges of was washing more and more dishes what do you think son you think this in there mhm oh I said that they too big just chop to be chopping there we go get them onions down baby [Music] you have these onions right here put this to the side my pepper oh my water balling cold water clean the flesh off yeah my son ate a bowl of cereal and they wash the plate but plate out this bowl out let’s grab these macaroni noodles cuz look at this you want that water balling you see all that flavor from that bouan you can use chicken broth when a bite somebody bite into a when they bite into a noodle and they don’t get all the mayonnaise and all that stuff and they just hop on a plain noodle they going to get flavor they going to get flavor yep like I said this it’s that time of season get all this seeds up right here ain’t looking for them good side dishes and y’all don’t be the people if you going to the park and if you don’t have a setup to keep your salads like your macaroni salad and all that stuff cold don’t bring it and it’s easy to keep that cold barbecue tip a extra aluminum pan put some ice on it stick your salad on top of it secure it with um lumaf foil that way you have to watch it because once the ice started melting you don’t want the pan to sink and the water get in your salad but if you pay attention and if you want these salads at a barbecue and you’re not doing it in someone home but you can let it stay in the refrigerator then go get it once it’s time for it that’s how you do it when you at the park been doing it that way for years keep that potato salad cold keep the macaroni salad cold cuz you’re out in the sun and it’s mayonnaise as many as red peppers as you like again is you could use green but the green on green with the celery you know we we you want the we want to be colorful and pretty you already got relish which is like a darker green you got the celery which is a lighter green so the red and the most healthiest pepper for you is red and it’s going to bring that color to it again small not very large not over the top nice and small and again your kitchen your way my kitchen my way you know what your family like you don’t want everything be over powerful but you want it in there it’s Thursday y’all miss me no what’s today day Wednesday no it is Wednesday they I mean what day is it thursday Wednesday what we working with thursday they Thursday mhm oh dang oh yeah she late i’m Johnny come lately with the videos this week you still going to get two videos this week i going be Johnny come Wakely or whatever what you think i need another peppers i don’t want to overpower that’s enough isn’t it yeah it’s good enough just for color yeah just for color there we go [Music] get our celery and celery is strong so you know you don’t need a lot of this this is going to um release so much flavor in your potato salad and your tuna fish and your side seafood salad again it’s up to you i took out two cuz I wanted to see what it look like and yes my chopper has been clean and dried y’all so don’t nobody comments we having the damn bits that’s all I need that’s it let me clean this up wash my hands stir up these noodles and we’ll be back y’all these flavorful noodles are ready look at them they so full of flavor we going to let those sit there come on baby why we going to let that sit there let them drain because always I’m about to do something grab my pot here right here waiting on me we going to put them shrimps and butter let that dry and we going to come over here we going to season our shrimps with some pepper onion powder or this garlic powder oh yeah this No I need some onion powder this garlic powder i like this one garlic powder let’s find some onion powder onion powder little bit of flavor and what the o Yeah and some o get them nice and flavorful while I wash my hands I’m going to grab some butter unsalted butter get it in that pan so I can sauté these shrimps got my unsalted butter going in there with about 2 tablespoon cuz you know what butter make it taste better i’mma turn it down though shrimp take about four minutes about two I say about four five two and a half minutes on each side and they pink we’re going to let this get hot but not a lot look at that butter melt quick that’s why I got my pan nice and hot let it let it um soak up the water that was in there and I’m just going in with my shrimp and do that pan on high oh baby what you doing i brought the peel the bane tail on shrimp or you can use salad shrimps now you can skip this part you know if you just want to chop all your meats up get it in there chop your vegetables don’t feel like cooking nothing they do make salad shrimps for this but I didn’t want salad shrimps i wanted some large shrimps to go up in and that’s what we going to do all right leave it alone let it sit and rest this bowl out what’s wrong with your face you making nice seasoned seasoned noodle it smell like oodles and noodles so while that’s doing what it’s doing grab my vegetables throw them up in there cuz those shrimps going to have to cool off you know why cuz I’m putting mayonnaise in this and heat do good so we going to let these shrimps cook show them the shrimps cooking son we’re going to let the shrimps cook going to let them flip and let them cool and we come back they’re going to be cooled down and we going to mix everything up together and we got us some seafood salad so with teaway okay guys what I need to tell you put everything in the refrigerator i had to put everything refrigerator like for 40 minutes to get it stingers you don’t want no hot you don’t want your um mayonnaise to go in your hot noodles or your hot shrimps and all that other stuff a bowl of oil and you have a bowl of oil so I’m chopping up my my mother used to pull hers apart cuz I think hers it more stringy back in the day but I’m chopping up my um imitation crab meat and why is this going in here when we got real crab because it’s just this is a traditional thing that everybody do i mean you can’t you can’t I’m doing way we used to do it in the hood and still add some real crab meat in it don’t come for me you you don’t know what I almost call you y’all comment comment and what I almost said it is in the hood cuz we ain’t had it back then but now you have it and you still sticking to tradition yeah I’m sticking to tradition make my taste good the real thing yeah okay getting that all up in there i had my green peppers and onions y’all y’all saw me put it in there put in the refrigerator mix everything up okay leave me alone young man look at the claw crab man wait a minute yeah she using her hand that’s mine i’m making mine separate cuz you know I don’t like um what else I need you know I don’t like um onions and green onions and green peppers look at this the shrimp it ain’t that many but should I steal another shrimp from y’all no you should have just chopped them up oh I I split them in half i could do like this real quick mhm everything is nice and cold the shrimp had to cool off everything so yeah go ahead Don this one advice I’m taking from you i I I give this one to you i I get everything smells so good it really do we ready for the party baby you get a little bit of everything now my mother used to pick canned salmon tuna fish now my mom used to make hers tuna fish canned salmon and the pink salmon in the can and imitation crab meat and the salad shrimps and her boiled eggs y’all go back to the video i just look at the video there miss Sahara Walla was in that video she was about 10 months old looking all cute yeah everything just so flavorful i’m cutting them up didn’t threes okay let me wash my hands real quick y’all i got to wash my hand see I should have got If I got two bags of shrimps I wouldn’t had to do that it’s been shrimps a mouthful yeah don’t show all the dishes i got to wash the dishes up but these dishes as I do dishes as I go along this time sometimes I do sometimes I don’t this is a work in progress progress today oh no when I get finished making you just hear the people moving what the heck is they doing up there why they moving i need some more paper towels y’all okay but that being said I got all my meat y’all know like I do my potato salad cuz then I’ll be going washing my hands one more time i ain’t drying good enough i can’t get them in a glove y’all know what I do i take my eggs now there going to be some people out here say you don’t put eggs and see what’s out some people do some people don’t this is an optional i grew up with eggs in it i call my girlfriend Judy get on the phone she said my muffy’s put eggs in hers i said “Yeah I’m put eggs in it.” I ain’t worried about people my kitchen my way your kitchen your way i don’t know that’s a lot of m This a lot of seafood salad so this ain’t nothing but a seafood boy that’s why people like seafood boys you about to um y’all about to eat on this this and we got the crackers you know what kind of crackers i wanted the green crackers in the box the Keeblers they ain’t have it so I had to get the wrist and well you know I love a good wrist crackers i grew up on wrist crackers but something about them um them green Keebler crackers in that green box and they shaped like a oval oh I think they I think they shaped like a square rectangle damn i don’t know for sure yet this is all me cuz y’all going to see mine too i got to put mine together okay there’s the egg okay man got to wash the hands right now shake it up mustard oh you might got to put the camera down for this one bae this a brand new relish trying to open it exactly oh somebody already been made fish relish no I didn’t know relish go yes i just to make sure I went Everybody make stuff different i went back and watched my video with my mom and me my mom and Sahara and yes and this is my mom recipe so I know what I’m doing y’all ate it and then you go like I told you you wasn’t never always in the kitchen y’all too busy outside at Bond running up down the street it’s just common sense to know seafood salad don’t have relish no you look seafood salad they do have relish in it i’ve seen people Mr make it happen he ain’t make it happen that’s just recipe keep it embellishing heads so don’t don’t stow you don’t know how to make nothing and you always going there and a little bit of sugar the government secret weapon now that’s why you might be you might be my secret weapon i’m attempt to stir it but it’s a whole lot and you always for a little bit oh give me my my season yes and this is the go-to girl right here this right here hold on let me get the aim this This pitch perfect honey ouch [ __ ] she pinched me and it perfect okay let’s go the green peppers the onion and add some p um paprika on top and everything got to be cold so son I think you going to have to stir it all right we’ll be back yeah we’re finished my son stirred it up and he was like “Oo that tastes good it don’t need nothing else.” But you know what i’mma leave it with I eat it warm y’all he want it warm i said “You got to let it get cold and some smoked paprika and take her to the party.” They like “Who made the seafood?” Now y’all comment below have y’all ever taste paprika before y’all like it just This is mine with no noodles i don’t like noodles and I don’t like the peppers and you can know you can make it like a dip too too much mayonnaise that’s why it’s   5. The red pepper have more antioxid. Red pepper is considered the ripe pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper. Orange peppers stay on the Vine long enough. They turned to the red peppers which they supposed to red. Peppers are the most nutritional and the most flavor for sweeter. I love my red peppers. I like the orange too yellow.I like Is them all girl

Now soulful tea I know you put that imitation crab in there because you was not going to have enough, imitation crab is whiting fish like some type of fish or something messed up and they have nerve enough to put on the package wild caught invitation but look if you paid $30 for that little can all you had to do was go and get the king crabs girl in the box they used to be $29 for all four legs and both of the clothes and you could have taken the crab meat right up out of there because they cut the they cut slits in sweet delicious crab meat in the in the king crab claws and everything you could have had all four legs and two claws and that used to be 29 before the pandemic but after I went up to 50 and now it dropped down though to 45 I don't know how much it is now but I would like to see you do something with the king crab I think it's more affordable than that stuff in the can and I might just splurge and go ahead and do me a crab boil
