10 oz packege Frozen Spinach, thawed and
drained very well
8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely
chopped
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sour Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
12-14 Wonton Wrappers
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tbs Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
Cooking Spray
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. First, carefully press one wonton wrapper each
cup of a muffin tin. Lightly spray each one with
cooking spray and place it in the oven for 5
minutes.
3. Then, in a medium sized bowl, add all of the
other ingredients and mix them together until
they’re evenly combined.
4. Now, scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture
evenly into each of the wontons and bake
them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until
the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
5. Finallv let them cool sliahtlv and carefullv
remove them from the muffin tin. Serve warm
and enjoy
These spinach and artichoke wantton cups are so good and so easy to put together. And they’re great for any, you know, party or game day. Perfect for the uh holidays, too. So, keep this one for that. You’re going to take a muffin tin and place one wrapper into each cup. Lightly spray with a little cooking spray and you’re going to place in the oven for 5 minutes. Then, you’re going to make your little artichoke spinach mixture, some mayo, sour cream, seasonings, parmesan, all the things. I will have the recipe in the description and the pin comment, so don’t worry about it. You’re going to evenly fill each cup with your mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the wanttons are crispy. And serve and enjoy. These are so good. You’re going to love them.
